Dereck Wolfgram is the Chief Program Officer - Group Care Services for Norris, Inc. In this position, Dereck is responsible for overseeing the programming and services offered in all Norris group care programs.

Dereck attended UW-Whitewater as an undergraduate and successfully earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree. He went to pursue a Masters of Social Work degree from UW-Milwaukee with an emphasis on Mental and Behavioral Health. Dereck also earned a certificate in Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) and Substance Abuse Counselor - In Training (SAC-IT) certificate through UW-Milwaukee and graduated with honors in 2017. Dereck is currently licensed in the State of Wisconsin as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and continues to provide leadership in the area of trauma-informed care.

Dereck has experience in county social work, specifically in the area of Youth Justice and Child Protective Services where he held positions ranging from Case Manager to Operations Manager. He provided trauma specific therapy in both outpatient and residential treatment settings emphasizing the importance of brain and body connection and healing through Brainspotting therapy. Dereck has also provided several levels of leadership in youth residential treatment and other out-of-home settings including Lead Youth Care Worker, Admissions Specialist, Clinical Coordinator, Director, and now Chief Program Officer - Group Care Services at Norris, Inc. Dereck provides adjunct instructing to Clinical Social Work students through UW-Whitewater on a part-time basis and also sits on the the UW-Whitewater Social Work Board.

Dereck is a proud father of 3 and spends much of his free time both watching and coaching youth sports. When not engaging in youth sports, Dereck ventures to the Northland to spend time fishing with extended family and playing endless competitive board games as a family.
