Changing lives through the power of learning, Norris Academy embraces an innovative educational service model that utilizes a world-class diagnostic evaluation and a cyclical process to design quality learning experiences that aides students to meeting competencies across four dimensions. Learning Diagnosticians work with students to develop a comprehensive Learner’s Profile. Each student is then assigned a Learning Specialist who collaborates with the student, family and support team to develop a Personal Learning Plan (PLP) that identifies goals and learning experiences to meet those goals.
