Get Involved at Norris
Here at Norris (and Norris Academy), we pride ourselves on the philosophy of anytime, anywhere learning for the youth living on our campus. However, in order to ensure that we are offering the most creative learning opportunities and flexible learning environments for our boys, we also rely heavily on the local community, including local businesses, local residences, and especially retirees to help teach, train and coach the youth at our campus. Most of us “working” on campus come from the human services field so we are not always up to date on many of the career paths that might be most interesting to our youth, such as woodworking, electrician work, horticulture, etc.
If you or someone you know might be interested in spending a few hours or few days on campus each month (or even each year), please contact our Chief Talent and Social Capital Officer, Sonja Kania, to get more information or even set-up a campus tour. skania@norriscenter.org / (262)662-5900
