Leslie Griger, Residential Care Specialist
Authored by: Brittni Liebhauser, Clinician
Leslie joined the Norris team as a residential care specialist around eight months ago. She’s worked under different supervisors and on different halls, but her go with the flow personality and sarcastic sense of humor have made the transitions easier. She’s made some genuine friendships with her coworkers, is always looking to learn more, and connects really well to our boys. Leslie has recently gone out of her comfort zone to co-facilitate groups and helps with hall projects as much as she can. Please enjoy getting to know one of our May Employee Spotlights, Leslie Griger!

I got my mom a pedicure for her birthday and I went with her.
What were you like in high school?
I would say I was normal, I was involved in a lot of activities and got along with pretty much everyone.
If you received enough money to never need to work again, what would you spend your time doing?
I would definitely travel, and possibly follow my favorite bands to see concerts in different countries.
What is your favorite food to prepare (or eat)?
All the pasta. I make a pasta dish with sauteed asparagus on top that I really love.

Don’t take anything too personally.

Professionally, I’m proud that I finally figured out what I want to go to grad school for! Personally I’m proud that my brother and I are the first generation to graduate from college
